If your outdoor bench arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a few clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll promptly arrange for a free pickup of the damaged item and ship out a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you. Our goal is to get your perfect bench to you as quickly as possible.
Made a mistake with the color? It happens! If the bench is the wrong color but is otherwise in perfect, unused condition, you can initiate an exchange within 14 days of delivery. We'll provide a prepaid return label. Once we receive the returned item, we'll ship the correct color. Please note that for color exchanges, the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the new shipping costs for the replacement item.
