What's your return policy if the outdoor benches arrive damaged?

We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged outdoor bench. Our priority is to make this right for you quickly and easily.

If your outdoor bench arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged bench and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Contact Our Team: Email these photos to our customer service team at support@example.com with your order number.

3. Choose Your Solution: We will promptly arrange either:

- A free replacement bench shipped at no cost to you

- A full refund if you prefer to return the item

We cover all return shipping costs for damaged items and will process your replacement or refund within 3-5 business days after receiving your damage report. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST to assist you.

For minor damage that might be repairable, contact us first - we may offer a partial refund so you can keep the bench while receiving compensation for the damage.
