What's your policy on returns or exchanges if the benches aren't right?

We understand that choosing the right bench—whether for your garden, patio, or entryway—can be a personal decision. That’s why we’ve designed our returns and exchanges policy to be as straightforward and supportive as possible. If for any reason your bench doesn’t feel like the perfect fit, we’ve got you covered.

First, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. This gives you plenty of time to set up the bench, sit with it, and decide if it matches your space and comfort needs. If it’s just not right—maybe the color clashes with your décor, the size is off for your porch, or the feel isn’t what you expected—simply contact our customer service team through our website, email, or phone. We’ll walk you through the process step-by-step.

For returns, we offer free return shipping on all benches within the 30-day window (excluding any custom-made or personalized orders, which are non-returnable). You won’t have to worry about extra fees. Just repack the bench securely in its original packaging, and we’ll arrange for a pickup or send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the item and verify its condition (it should be unused and in the same state you received it), we’ll process your full refund within 5-7 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method, so there’s no hassle.

For exchanges, the process is just as simple. If you realize you need a different size, color, or style—say, you got the 6-foot bench but actually need the 8-foot—let us know within 30 days. We’ll ship out the new bench as soon as we receive the returned item (or you can opt to have the new one sent now with a small deposit that we refund on return). We cover the shipping for the exchange, too. There’s no restocking fee, and we’ll match any price difference if the replacement is more affordable.

A few things to keep in mind: This policy applies to standard outdoor benches. If your bench was specially made to order—like with a unique wood finish or carved details—we can’t accept returns due to the bespoke nature. Also, we don’t accept returns after the 30-day period, but we do offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. So if your bench arrives damaged, warped, or with faulty hardware, we’ll send a replacement or repair parts right away, no questions asked.

Our goal is to make sure you love your bench. That’s why we also suggest measuring your space and viewing our detailed product photos before buying. But if it still doesn’t work out, we’re here to help with a friendly, no-stress return or exchange. Just reach out, and we’ll take care of the rest.
