Most importantly, our warranty covers full replacement of defective parts at no cost to you—including shipping and labor for the first 2 years. After that, a simple shipping charge may apply, but we still supply the parts free of charge.
There are a few common‑sense exclusions: damage caused by intentional vandalism, improper installation (like anchoring in concrete without expansion sleeves), or natural disasters aren’t covered.
