Absolutely, we do sell replacement slats for our park benches. We understand that over time, a slat can crack, warp, or get damaged due to weather, heavy use, or vandalism. Rather than replacing the entire bench, you can simply order the specific slat that needs fixing.
First, check the model number or name of your bench—it's usually stamped on the frame or listed in your original purchase email. Each bench design uses slightly different slat dimensions and wood finishes, so providing the exact model ensures you get a perfect match. If you can't find the model, measure the length, width, and thickness of the broken slat, and let us know the wood type (e.g., cedar, ipe, or recycled plastic). We also recommend taking a clear photo of the slat end and the existing bracket system.
Most standard slats are available individually, and we even offer pre-drilled holes to match your current spacing. They come untreated or pre-stained to match our common finishes. You'll receive the slat with simple instructions for removal of the old slat and installation of the new one—usually just unscrewing two to four bolts per slat.
If your bench is still under warranty, we may replace the broken slat at no cost. Otherwise, our customer service team can quote you the price and estimated shipping time, which is typically within 3 to 7 business days. For larger orders, such as for a park or apartment complex, we can offer bulk discounts.
You can order directly from our parts page on the website or call us with your bench information. We’re happy to help you get your bench looking solid and safe again so your community can keep enjoying it.
