For all of our urban benches, we provide a standard 5-year limited warranty that specifically covers both structural cracking and significant fading under normal outdoor use. This means if a defect in materials or workmanship causes a crack in the frame or seating surface during that period, we’ll repair or replace the affected part free of charge. Similarly, if the powder-coated finish or UV-stabilized color begins to noticeably fade or chalk due to sun exposure within those five years, you’re covered.
Our warranty is designed with real-world conditions in mind. We use high-density polyethylene (HDPE) lumber or marine-grade aluminum with a UV-resistant powder coat on most models, so issues like cracking or fading are extremely rare in the first few years. However, we won’t leave you hanging if something goes wrong. The warranty does require proper installation on a flat surface and routine cleaning—such as removing dirt and bird droppings—to prevent chemical staining.
For extreme conditions (like coastal salt spray or desert heat), we offer an optional extended warranty package that covers fading for up to 8 years at a small additional cost. Our customer service team is also available to help you file a claim with just a few photos and your order number.
