However, we do provide a very solid standard warranty that reflects the quality and durability of our products. Most of our commercial-grade urban benches come with a limited 5 to 10-year warranty on the frame and structure, depending on the material. For instance, our powder-coated steel and aluminum benches typically carry a 5-year warranty against rust and structural defects, while our cast iron or recycled plastic models often extend up to 10 years.
Now, why not a lifetime warranty? In outdoor public settings, benches face extreme weather, heavy daily use, and sometimes even vandalism. A “lifetime” promise can be misleading because no bench is truly indestructible—even the toughest materials will show wear over decades. Instead, we focus on building benches that are repairable and serviceable, with replaceable parts like seats and armrests. This way, if something does go wrong after the warranty period (like a cracked wooden slat), we can supply replacement parts at a reasonable cost so you don’t have to buy a whole new bench.
So while it’s not a lifetime guarantee in name, our approach is to give you a long-lasting product backed by clear warranty terms and strong after-sales support. If you’re looking for maximum longevity, I’d recommend our heavy-duty recycled plastic or galvanized steel models—they tend to hold up best in harsh conditions.
