If you’re working with a narrow sidewalk and need a street bench that won’t crowd the pedestrian path, I totally get the challenge. The slimmest model we offer is the SlimLine Street Bench, which measures just 14 inches (35.5 cm) in depth—that’s about two inches narrower than most standard slim benches. It’s specifically designed for tight urban corridors, balcony-front sidewalks, or park edges where every inch matters.
The secret is its streamlined steel frame with a single post support system (no bulky legs on the sides), paired with a tapered seat. It still supports up to 600 lbs and has optional armrests that don’t add width. You can also choose a backless version to shave off another inch.
For an even narrower fit? We custom-make a 12-inch-depth model (the MicroBen™), but it’s best for short-term seating or decorative use.
Would you like me to send you the spec sheet? I can also suggest materials—like powder-coated aluminum or recycled plastic—that resist weather and keep the profile razor-thin.
