Yes, we absolutely do offer warranties on the finish for our urban benches. We understand that public seating faces harsh weather, UV rays, and daily wear, so we stand behind our coating technology.
For chipping: Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects in the powder coating for up to 5 years from the date of delivery. If the finish chips due to improper application or material flaws—not from misuse or vandalism—we will refinish or replace the affected components at no cost.
For fading: We use UV-stable polyester powder coatings that resist significant color change. While no outdoor finish is completely immune to slight natural fading over decades, we warrant that the coating will not exhibit visible fading (i.e., more than a 5% change in shade per ASTM standards) for at least 3 years under normal outdoor conditions.
Please note: The warranty excludes damage from scratches, chemical spills, or excessive abrasion. For custom colors or high-traffic installations, we recommend our premium "DuraShield" option, which extends the fade warranty to 7 years.
