Absolutely, you can request a sample of the material for our street benches before committing to a bulk order. In fact, we highly recommend it—especially for commercial projects where uniformity, durability, and aesthetic consistency are critical.
Here’s how it works:
- Sample Availability: We offer small swatches or cut pieces of the primary materials used in our street benches, such as powder-coated steel, cast aluminum, recycled HDPE slats, or solid ipe wood. For certain models, we can also send a miniature bench section or a finished corner piece so you can see the weld quality and texture.
- What to Expect: A typical sample measures about 4x6 inches for metal finishes or a full-sized slat for wood and plastic lumber. You’ll receive the exact color, grain, and surface finish that will be used in production.
- Cost and Shipping: Samples are often provided at a nominal fee (to cover shipping and handling), but this fee is usually credited back toward your first large order. We’ll ship it to your business address within 3–5 business days.
- Testing: Feel free to scratch, weather-expose, or pressure-test the sample. Our materials are engineered for high-traffic public spaces, so we’re confident they’ll hold up. After you’ve evaluated the sample, you can approve or request minor adjustments before we start production on the full order.
To request a sample, just provide the bench model name and the specific material option you’re interested in. We’ll also include a spec sheet detailing the material’s UV resistance, load capacity, and warranty information. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll move forward with your large order using the exact same material batch to ensure consistency.
This sample-first approach saves you money, prevents mismatches, and ensures your streetscape or park project looks exactly as planned.
