Here's how it works:
First, identify your bench model. Each of our bench models has a specific slat size, wood type (such as teak, eucalyptus, or cedar), and finish. You can find the model number on a small metal plate usually attached to the underside of the bench seat or frame.
Once you locate the model, contact our support team directly or visit our parts page on the website. We stock individual slats for all current bench models, and often for discontinued models too. You can order just one slat, or a full set if you want to refresh the whole bench.
The slats come pre-drilled and finished to match your original bench, so installation is a breeze. You’ll need a screwdriver and maybe a wrench—but that’s it. Simply unscrew the damaged slat, replace it with the new one, and tighten everything back.
