That’s why we back every commercial bench we sell with a multi-tiered warranty designed to give you peace of mind. Here’s exactly what kind of warranty we offer.
First, our structural frame warranty is the backbone of our coverage. All powder‑coated aluminum or steel frames are covered for 15 years against rust, corrosion, and structural failure under normal commercial conditions. This means if the frame cracks, warps, or develops rust-through, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. For our stainless steel or galvanized models, the warranty extends to a lifetime guarantee against perforation rust.
Second, our finish warranty covers the powder coating or paint for 5 years against peeling, chipping, or fading beyond normal wear. Commercial environments—UV exposure, rain, snow, and cleaning chemicals—can be tough on finishes, but we design our coatings to hold up. If the finish fails within five years, we’ll refinish or replace the affected parts.
Third, component parts such as slats, armrests, seat planks, and fasteners are warranted for 2 years against manufacturing defects. This includes wood slats (treated hardwood or recycled plastic) that split, crack, or delaminate under normal use. Hardware like bolts and brackets that loosen or break due to material defects are also covered.
What’s not covered? Our warranty excludes damage from deliberate abuse, vandalism, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature (like hurricanes or floods). Normal wear and tear—scratches, slight color change over many years, or surface oxidation on aluminum—is not considered a defect. Also, labor costs for removal or reinstallation are not included unless specified in your contract.
To file a claim, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the issue. We typically respond within 48 hours and ship replacements immediately. For large commercial projects, we also offer extended warranty packages up to 20 years on frames and 10 years on finishes at an additional cost.
