1. Order a single unit – You can purchase one bench at the regular price. No minimums, no special contracts.
2. Test it in your real environment – Place it on your streets, in a park, outside a café, or at a transit stop. See how it holds up against weather, daily foot traffic, and cleaning routines.
3. If you love it within 30 days – You can then place a larger order for the same model. We’ll credit the cost of the trial bench toward your bulk purchase (up to 100% of its value).
4. If it’s not the right fit – No problem. Contact us within the trial window, we’ll arrange a free pickup and issue a full refund. No restocking fees, no hassle.
A few things to keep in mind:
- The trial is available for standard bench models (custom finishes or engravings may not qualify).
- You’re responsible for normal use during the trial – minor surface wear is fine, but intentional damage voids the return.
- We cover inbound shipping on the trial bench; return shipping is also on us if you decide not to keep it.
