I absolutely understand your concern. Placing a large order for public furniture isn’t something you do lightly. Park benches need to hold up against weather, heavy daily use, and still look great years later. That’s exactly why I’m happy to tell you that yes, we do offer a test bench program.
The way it works is straightforward and low-risk for you. Usually, we arrange for a single sample bench to be produced to your chosen specifications—material, color, size, any custom engraving or armrest options you’re considering. We ship it directly to your site, a purchasing office, or whichever address you prefer. You can then bolt it down, sit on it, scratch it, let the maintenance crew hose it off, and basically live with it for a short period to feel the real-world quality. There’s no obligation to keep the test bench if it doesn’t meet your expectations, though honestly most clients end up wanting to keep it anyway because they love it so much.
If a free sample isn’t feasible due to the specific customizations or shipping costs, we often offer a heavily discounted trial bench that gets fully credited toward your future bulk order. That way you’re not spending extra money—you’re just putting a small amount toward the total investment once you’re satisfied. We just ask that you cover the shipping so we can be transparent about costs from the start.
Because a test bench gives your team a chance to check the ergonomics, the durability of the coating, and how the design fits into the actual landscape, we’ve seen it build tremendous confidence. It also helps you sell the idea internally when stakeholders can walk out and touch the product.
Let us know which models you’re interested in and the rough order quantity. We’ll send you the specifics of the trial terms, lead time for a test piece, and any available customization options right away. We’d love to get a bench in your hands so you feel as confident as we are about the quality before you commit to that big order.
