What's your return policy if the urban benches arrive damaged?

3. Do Not Discard Packaging: Please keep all original packaging until your case is resolved, as we may need it for the return process.

Once we receive your report and verify the damage, we will offer you one of the following solutions:

* Free Replacement: We will ship a brand new, undamaged bench to you at no extra cost. In most cases, you do not need to return the damaged item.

* Full Refund: If a replacement is not possible or you prefer a refund, we will process a full reimbursement to your original payment method.
