Great question—and yes, we do sell just the slats. You can buy bench slats separately, so you don’t have to buy a whole street bench if only a few slats are cracked, rotted, or missing.
We sell outdoor bench slats and replacement bench slats for most standard park benches, street benches, and garden benches. Think of them as street bench parts: you keep your existing metal or wood frame and swap in only what is worn out. Most outdoor bench repair jobs are done this way, which saves money and keeps the original look.
The key is getting the right size. Measure the old slat’s full length, width, and thickness, then measure the mounting hole spacing center-to-center. If the original slat is too damaged to measure, measure the frame where the slat sits and count the bolt holes.
We offer pressure-treated pine, cedar, and hardwood options. Pine is budget-friendly, cedar is naturally rot-resistant, and hardwood holds up best in high-traffic areas. If your bench has non-standard dimensions, we can cut custom slats to match your existing frame.
Replacing a slat is usually simple. Remove the old bolts, line up the new slat, and reuse or replace the hardware. In most cases, you can have the bench back in service in under an hour. If you send us a photo and measurements, we’ll confirm which slat fits your frame before you order.
