Yes—we do make curved models, and you’re not limited to a standard straight bench. Our curved park benches are built in either concave or convex profiles, so they can follow the inside or outside edge of a curved pathway without leaving awkward gaps.
The easiest option is our modular curved bench system. Instead of forcing one rigid frame into a tight radius, the modules are designed to be set at slight angles. This lets you match the curve of an existing path, create a gentle arc around a garden bed, or wrap seating around a fountain or fire pit. If your path has an unusual radius, we can also produce a custom curved frame from your measurements or site sketch.
Materials matter on a curve. We recommend powder-coated aluminum or steel frames with weather-resistant slats such as ipe, teak, or recycled plastic lumber. These materials hold their shape on curved sections and stand up to wet ground, sun, and heavy public use.
To get the right curve, measure the radius of your pathway if you can. If you don’t have a full radius, give us three points along the curve and the distance between them, or send a photo with a basic sketch. That usually gives our team enough to confirm whether a standard curve or a custom build makes more sense.
Installation is straightforward. Curved benches can be surface-mounted to a concrete pad or set with in-ground posts, and we can include adjustable feet for uneven paving. Just leave a little extra clearance behind the bench so the curve doesn’t crowd the walking path.
