Yes—every urban bench we sell includes a five-year warranty against breakage. If the frame, welds, seat slats, backrest, or armrests crack, snap, or fail structurally under normal use within five years, we repair or replace the bench at no charge.
We cover breakage caused by manufacturing defects, material fatigue, and normal public use. That includes powder-coated steel frames, stainless steel hardware, aluminum castings, and recycled plastic or hardwood slats. If a weld fails or a slat splits, send us a photo and your order number, and our support team will ship replacement parts or arrange a full replacement.
What is not covered? Deliberate vandalism, vehicle impact, fire, severe weather events, improper installation, and unauthorized modifications. Normal surface wear such as scratches, fading, or light scuffs is not considered breakage. But if the structure breaks, you are covered for the full five years.
We can offer this coverage because our urban benches are built for high-traffic streets, parks, transit stops, and campus environments. The frames use heavy-gauge steel and reinforced gussets, and each bench is finished with weather-resistant coatings.
Every order includes a written warranty statement, and we can provide a copy to your procurement team before purchase. If you have a specific project specification, just ask and we will confirm the warranty terms in writing.
