You unload it, move it into place, and assemble or anchor it. Most DIY customers need a drill, a level, wrenches, and a helper for larger benches. Our benches ship with the necessary hardware and step-by-step instructions, so a single bench usually takes about one to two hours on a prepared surface.
If you choose full-service installation, our crew delivers the bench, unpacks it, positions it, levels it, and anchors it securely. We install on concrete, asphalt, pavers, compacted gravel, or soil. For hard surfaces we typically use wedge anchors or sleeve anchors. For soil or open park areas we recommend in-ground concrete footings for extra stability. The team also removes all packaging and does a final safety check before leaving. You just tell us where the bench should go.
Most single-bench installations take under an hour once the site is ready. Larger streetscape or trail projects take longer, and we will confirm a schedule before dispatch. If the bench is going on public property or a commercial site, check local codes and permit requirements first—we can often work from your approved site plan.
