For metal park benches, our standard option is a clear anti-graffiti coating applied over a powder-coated finish. It is a two-component polyurethane system that creates a slick, non-porous barrier. Most spray paint, marker, and sticker residue can be removed with a mild solvent wipe or low-pressure washing without damaging the color underneath. We also offer a sacrificial anti-graffiti coating if you prefer a lower-cost maintenance cycle: the coating is deliberately removed during cleaning, taking the graffiti with it, and then reapplied.
For wooden park benches, we use a penetrating siloxane-based anti-graffiti sealer. It reduces the adhesion of paint while keeping the wood’s natural appearance. You still get protection against moisture and UV, but cleanup is much easier than on bare timber.
