Yes, we do sell replacement slats for outdoor benches if one breaks. I know how frustrating it is when a single slat cracks or rots while the rest of the bench is still sturdy. You don’t need to replace the whole bench. We carry individual replacement slats in several common sizes, wood types, and finishes, so you can match what you already have or upgrade to something more weather-resistant. Before ordering, measure your old slat: length, width, and thickness. Also check the distance between the mounting holes. If the holes don’t line up exactly, you can drill new ones, but it’s easier to get it right from the start. Most outdoor bench slats are made from hardwoods like teak or acacia, pressure-treated pine, or composite. If the bench lives outside year-round, choose a rot-resistant material. To replace the slat, remove the old screws or bolts with a drill or screwdriver. Clean the metal frame where the slat sits. Place the new slat, mark the holes, drill pilot holes if needed, and fasten it down with stainless steel or coated screws. Don’t overtighten. If the new wood is unfinished, apply a UV-resistant sealer or exterior oil before or after installation, especially on the cut ends.
