URBAN BENCHES

Absolutely, yes. We offer a dedicated discount program for non-profit organizations purchasing park benches. We understand that budgets for parks, schools, churches, community gardens, and memorial projects are often tight, and a little pricing flexibility can help stretch your funding further. Our non-profit discount typically applies to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations in the U.S. and registered charities in other countries. To get started, simply reach out to our sales team with your organization’s name, location, and the bench model or quantity you are considering. In most cases, we will ask for proof of non-profit status, such as an IRS determination letter or an equivalent registration document. The exact discount percentage depends on order size, bench style, and customization. A single memorial bench may receive a modest courtesy discount, while a larger project such as outfitting a park or trail with 10 or more commercial park benches may qualify for deeper bulk pricing on top of the non-profit discount. We also provide grant-friendly quotes and can hold quotes for a reasonable period while you secure funding. If you need donor recognition plaques or custom engraving, those options are available as well, and we can help you choose wording that fits your campaign. Many non-profit clients use our benches for donor recognition, commemorative seating, or community gathering spaces. The best way to get an exact price is to request a quote. Tell our team that you are a non-profit, and we will make sure the appropriate discount is applied before you make any decision. We would rather see your project succeed with the right benches than have budget concerns get in the way. If you need help selecting a bench, we can recommend low-maintenance materials like recycled plastic, powder-coated steel, or sustainably sourced wood depending on your climate and usage.
