Yes—every urban bench we produce comes with a limited warranty, and I’m happy to break down exactly what’s included.
Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal outdoor use, including:
- Structural frame: 10 years against cracked welds, broken joints, or structural failure.
- Wood or recycled plastic slats: 3 years against splitting, warping, or abnormal color fading.
- Powder coating/finish: 2 years against peeling, flaking, or rust-through caused by defective application.
It does not cover vandalism, graffiti, burns, scratches, normal scuffs, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, extreme weather events, or damage from use beyond the bench’s intended capacity.
If something does go wrong, the claim process is simple: send proof of purchase, a few photos of the issue, and the bench location. We’ll review the details and, in most cases, ship replacement parts or schedule a service visit. For public and commercial projects, we also keep replacement components available for at least 10 years after purchase.
So yes, your urban benches are covered—and we aim to make the warranty process straightforward when you need it.
