Absolutely—yes, we can help with that. We regularly handle remote area park bench delivery, and we use truck liftgate delivery for orders that are too heavy or bulky for standard parcel shipping.
When your bench ships via LTL freight, the truck liftgate delivery service allows the driver to lower the palletized bench from the truck bed down to ground level at the end of your driveway or curb. You will not need a forklift, loading dock, or extra equipment. This is usually the safest option for rural properties, farms, campsites, lake lots, mountain addresses, and unpaved access roads where a standard delivery vehicle may not be able to maneuver.
A few things to keep in mind for park bench shipping to a remote area:
Provide the full street address plus any gate codes, road names, or local landmarks. If the road is unpaved, steep, narrow, or has low-hanging branches, tell us in advance so we can select the right carrier or request a smaller box truck. Remote deliveries often carry an additional carrier fee because of the extra mileage and liftgate service involved. Transit time is usually 5–10 business days depending on your zip code. Liftgate service is included or can be added at checkout on most bench models. For very heavy cast iron, concrete, or metal frame benches, we strongly recommend selecting it at checkout so the driver can lower the item safely.
Once your park bench is on the way, the carrier will typically call 24–48 hours ahead to schedule the delivery window. Please have someone present to inspect the bench before signing. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us right away—we will make it right.
So the short answer is yes: we ship park benches to remote areas with a truck liftgate. If you send us your zip code and the bench model you are interested in, we’ll confirm the exact outdoor bench freight quote and delivery timeline for your location.
