Yes—here’s the honest version. Our street benches are covered by a 10-year structural warranty that includes rust-through on steel frames and seat panels under normal outdoor use. If the metal perforates because of corrosion, we replace or repair the affected parts. The powder-coated finish is covered for 3 years against peeling, flaking, or excessive fading.
Vandalism is a different story. Intentional damage, graffiti, cuts, burns, or forced disassembly are not covered under warranty because those are not manufacturing defects. That said, we do not leave you stuck. We stock replacement slats, end frames, hardware kits, and touch-up paint, and we can advise on anti-vandal coatings or tamper-resistant fasteners if your location is exposed.
For the warranty to remain valid, avoid using abrasive cleaners or pressure-washing too aggressively, and do not modify the bench structurally. Normal wear like surface scuffs or minor surface rust on scratched areas is not rust-through, but you can treat it with our touch-up paint.
If you are dealing with an issue, send us photos, the bench model, and the purchase date. We will assess whether it is a warranty claim or a spare parts request. Most cosmetic or vandalism repairs are affordable and easy with basic tools.
