Great question—and one we hear often. Yes, we do provide installation services for our urban benches. If you prefer a turnkey solution, our team can handle delivery, site preparation, anchoring, and cleanup. This is especially useful for larger commercial orders, streetscape projects, campuses, and public spaces that need to meet specific safety or accessibility standards.
That said, many customers choose the DIY path. Our benches are engineered for straightforward installation, and most models include clear instructions plus the necessary mounting hardware. For a typical surface mount on concrete, you’ll need a hammer drill, a masonry bit, a socket or wrench set, a level, and a second pair of hands. The process is simple: mark the hole locations, drill to the correct depth, clean out the dust, position the bench, and tighten the anchor bolts evenly. If you’re installing on grass or soft ground, we recommend a concrete pad or ground anchors for stability.
Before you start, check local clearance requirements, avoid underground utilities, and call before you dig if needed. If you’re unsure about your site, just send us a few photos—we’re happy to advise whether DIY is safe and simple or whether professional installation would be the better value.
That gives you flexibility: install it yourself if you’re handy, or let our install team handle the heavy lifting.
