Our packaging methodology is tailored to the specific bench model and material. For metal and wooden benches, we begin by wrapping the entire product in a soft, protective foam layer. This initial barrier prevents scratches and abrasions during transit. Following this, we apply a heavy-duty, weather-resistant plastic wrap. This crucial layer shields the bench from moisture, dust, and other environmental elements it might encounter in shipping containers or trucks.
For benches with complex designs or fragile components, we often construct custom wooden crates. These crates are built to the exact dimensions of the bench, providing a rigid, robust external shell that protects against impacts and stacking pressure. Inside the crate, the bench is securely fastened with high-strength straps and further cushioned with foam blocks or air pillows to eliminate any movement.
For larger orders destined for public parks or urban developments, we utilize palletization systems. Each bench is individually prepared as described before being securely mounted and strapped to a sturdy wooden pallet. This allows for efficient, safe handling with forklifts and ensures stable loading and unloading.
