Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged bench and its original packaging. This helps us process your request quickly.
Once we receive your information, we will typically offer one of two solutions. We can either send you a full replacement bench at no extra cost, including covering the shipping fees for the damaged item and the new one. Alternatively, if a replacement isn't possible or you prefer, we can issue a full refund to your original payment method. Our goal is to resolve all damage-related issues within 5-7 business days. We inspect all our benches before shipping, but sometimes damage can occur during transit, and we take full responsibility for that. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
