At our parks, we believe comfort should be universal. Our benches are thoughtfully designed to accommodate different body types through several key features. The seating surface utilizes a gentle, ergonomic contour that provides support without creating pressure points, catering to various sitting postures. We specify a generous seating depth and width, allowing for comfortable seating whether you're tall, broad, or simply desire more personal space. The backrest is angled to support the natural curve of the spine, and its height is optimized to offer lumbar support for most adults. Armrests, where present, are positioned at a height that aids in sitting down and standing up, while benches without armrests offer more flexibility for side-sitting or for those with wider hips. The materials are also crucial; we use slightly resilient, weather-resistant slats that offer a forgiving surface compared to rigid concrete or metal. Ultimately, our goal is to create inclusive public seating where everyone can find a moment of rest. It’s not about one-size-fits-all, but about thoughtful design that welcomes all bodies to sit back, relax, and enjoy the outdoors.
