Our process begins with a thorough cleaning and a protective wrap. Each bench is first covered in a soft, non-abrasive material to prevent scratches. This is followed by a layer of heavy-duty, waterproof plastic shrink wrap. This barrier is essential for protecting the bench from humidity, salt spray, and sudden weather changes during transit.
For the core structure, we use custom-built wooden crates or heavy-duty cardboard cartons for smaller items. The bench is securely fastened inside the crate using high-strength straps and foam blocks to eliminate any movement. All metal parts are treated with anti-rust agents and separately wrapped. We use reinforced corners and edge protectors on all crates.
Every package is clearly labeled with handling instructions, your order details, and necessary customs documentation. We also include desiccant bags inside the packaging to control moisture.
