Our warranty specifically covers structural integrity against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of original purchase for commercial use. This includes the welded steel or aluminum frame under normal conditions of use. The powder-coat finish is guaranteed against significant fading, chipping, or peeling for 5 years. For benches with wooden components, we warranty the structural lumber against rot and decay for a minimum of 5 years.
It's important to note that this warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Coverage applies when the bench is installed and used as intended on a stable, level surface. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, neglect, lack of routine maintenance, or exposure to corrosive chemicals. Normal wear and tear, as well as gradual fading from UV exposure, are also not considered defects.
To make a warranty claim, please have your original proof of purchase ready and contact our customer service team with photos clearly depicting the issue. We will guide you through the simple process, which typically involves a review and may require an inspection. Our resolution commitment is to repair or replace the defective part or, at our discretion, the entire product.
