You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason related to dissatisfaction, such as style, color, size, or overall quality. To be eligible, the bench must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and parts included. Please contact our customer service team to start the process and receive a Return Authorization. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding the initial shipping costs. For items damaged during transit or those with manufacturing defects, we will cover the return shipping fees.
