This foundational structure is then prepared for our advanced finishing system. We employ a multi-stage powder-coating process. After thorough cleaning and phosphating to prevent rust, the frame receives an electrostatic powder coat that is thermally cured into a hard, uniform shell. This finish is highly resistant to chipping, scratching, and UV radiation, protecting against corrosion for years.
Before assembly, all fasteners—bolts, screws, and brackets—are selected for their superior tensile strength and corrosion resistance, often being stainless steel or galvanized. During final assembly, torque specifications are strictly followed to ensure everything remains securely fastened.
No bench leaves our factory without passing a series of stringent quality and safety checks. Our final inspection includes load testing, where benches are subjected to weights far exceeding standard use, and stability tests to ensure they remain firmly anchored and level. We also conduct routine finish adhesion tests and visual inspections for any imperfections.
