Absolutely—yes, and it’s a question we’re glad you asked. We offer a limited warranty on the slats for our outdoor benches. If a slat splits, cracks, or warps under normal outdoor exposure—including direct sun and ordinary weather changes—we’ll replace it.
Our standard warranty covers the slats for five years from the date of delivery. The coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship, as well as weather-related splitting that occurs despite proper use. It does not cover things like impact damage, cuts, modifications, standing water, or the use of harsh chemical strippers. It also does not cover natural color fading, which is a normal part of how timber ages in sunlight.
To keep your warranty valid, we recommend a simple care routine: keep the bench reasonably dry when possible, wipe off pooled water after heavy rain, and apply a suitable outdoor wood sealer or oil once or twice a year. This helps reduce surface checking and sun splitting.
If you do notice a slat split, just email our support team with your order number and a few clear photos showing the issue. We’ll review it quickly and, if it’s covered, send a replacement slat or walk you through the next steps. We’d much rather have you enjoying the bench than worrying about a cracked board.
