Short answer: yes. Every street bench we sell is built to stay stable, and we back that with a written guarantee against wobbling after installation—provided the bench is installed on a solid, level footing and the anchor bolts are tightened to the specs in our installation guide.
Wobbling usually comes from one of three things: uneven ground, loose anchors, or cheap hardware. We engineer our benches to reduce all three risks. The leg assemblies are welded into rigid frames, the feet have generous base plates with pre-drilled anchor holes, and we use heavy-gauge steel and weather-resistant fasteners. That means once the bench is bolted down correctly, it should not rock side to side or shift under normal use.
Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for 10 years. The anti-wobble guarantee is part of that coverage: if your bench develops a wobble that isn’t caused by improper installation, foundation settling, damage, or unauthorized modification, we’ll send replacement parts or, in some cases, a replacement bench at no charge. For the first 90 days we even cover the shipping on warranty parts.
To keep everything valid, follow the installation checklist: prepare a level concrete pad or compacted base, use the correct anchor type for your surface, shim only with corrosion-resistant shims if absolutely necessary, and re-torque the anchor bolts after the first week. If you’re unsure about the footing, send us a photo before you pour—we’re happy to check it.
If you do notice any movement later, contact our support team with a short video. We’ll help you diagnose whether it’s a loose anchor, a foundation issue, or a rare frame defect. Most wobble complaints turn out to be loose bolts, and a simple re-torque fixes them. But either way, you’re covered if it’s our fault.
