Absolutely—yes, you can get a sample of the material for our outdoor benches before placing a bulk order. In fact, we encourage it. Seeing and touching the actual material is the best way to check color, texture, thickness, and weather resistance, so you know exactly what you’re specifying for your project.
When you request a sample, we typically send a small swatch or cut-off from the same production-grade materials we use for our outdoor benches. This can include powder-coated aluminum, stainless steel, HDPE lumber, Ipe or teak wood, or outdoor-grade fabrics and slats, depending on the bench model. If you need a specific finish or color match, let us know and we’ll do our best to include the closest available option.
To request a sample, send us a message with your bench model or material name, your preferred finish or color, and your shipping address. Our sales team usually responds within one business day. Standard sample swatches are free or low-cost; larger sample kits or custom-finished pieces may have a small fee. Shipping costs depend on your location and courier speed. For many regions, we can ship samples within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
One thing to keep in mind: a sample shows the material’s look and feel, but natural materials like teak or Ipe can vary slightly in grain and tone from batch to batch. We do our best to keep consistency, but if exact matching is critical for your bulk order, tell us in advance so we can reserve material from the same production lot when possible.
So yes—requesting a material sample before your bulk order is not only possible, it’s a smart step. Just reach out with your requirements, and we’ll help you approve the right material with confidence.
