Great question — and you're not alone. The short answer is yes: we do sell replacement slats for many of our outdoor bench models, so in a lot of cases you don't have to buy a whole new unit.
If your bench is one of our current or recent designs, you can usually order individual replacement bench slats or a full slat kit without replacing the frame. That means you save money, keep a sturdy frame in use, and avoid sending the whole thing to the landfill.
The main catch is that not every bench model is covered. Some older or discontinued lines, as well as benches from other brands, may not have matching slats available. If that's the case, we'll try to recommend a compatible option — but there are times when a new unit is the only practical choice.
The fastest way to find out is to locate your model number. It's usually printed on a label under the seat, on the side rail, or in the original assembly instructions. Once you have that, check the product page or contact our support team. We can confirm whether your specific bench has replacement slats available and give you a direct link to order.
If you're comfortable with basic tools, replacing the slats is usually straightforward: remove the old screws, line up the new slat, and tighten everything back down. Most people finish in about fifteen to twenty minutes.
So before you replace the entire bench, check your model and ask us. There's a good chance you can bring it back to life with just a set of replacement slats.
