Before coating, each metal frame is cleaned and pre-treated to improve adhesion, then coated with a weather-resistant polyester powder. We offer several standard powder coat colors for street benches. The most popular choices are jet black, graphite gray, bronze brown, dark green, and traffic white. We also offer brighter colors such as signal red, cobalt blue, and yellow for parks, school campuses, and branded public spaces. If your project requires a specific shade, we can match custom RAL colors. Custom colors usually add a short lead time, but they are available for both small and bulk orders.
All finishes are UV-stable and designed for outdoor use, so the color remains consistent even after long sun exposure, rain, and temperature changes. If you are unsure about the right color, we can send physical swatches or a small coated sample before you place an order.
