Great question. We offer a two-part warranty on our commercial street benches. First, every bench includes a 10-year limited structural warranty covering welds, frames, and slats against manufacturing defects and normal outdoor use. Second, we include a 3-year anti-graffiti finish warranty on our standard powder-coated and clear-coated surfaces. This finish is designed to let spray paint, marker, and sticker residue be removed with approved cleaners or pressure washing without permanent staining. If the anti-graffiti coating fails during normal graffiti removal within the warranty period, we will supply a replacement coating kit or, in severe cases, arrange a factory recoat at no charge. That said, no bench can be completely vandal-proof. Intentional physical damage like deep carving, hacksaw cuts, or structural breakage is not covered as a warranty defect. For those situations we keep replacement components in stock and sell them at cost to help you repair quickly. We also provide graffiti removal guides so the finish stays protected. If you send photos of the damage, our support team can tell you within one business day whether it is covered under the finish warranty or needs a paid repair part.
